I made lemon pepper chicken & I squeezed my lemon zested it & even threw the rinds right in the bag to marinade, it was the best lemon pepper chicken I've ever eaten, I marinaded over night it FRIGIN fell apart, so tender.

Helpful hint: You need to squeeze the extra juice/liquid out of the zucchini and stick to the measured amount and they will turn out better. Let me know if you want me to send you my family zucchini bread recipe. It is healthy and the bomb!
Kim, gotta thank you, I made your energy bites, had to use hemp protein powder in place of flax yes used what I had, oh so goood, also last night I made egg pucks, not sure if that's what you call them, but OMG did they come out so good, used breakfast sausage onion garlic tiny bit of red pepper cherry tomatoes cut up, top w/ the baby spinach eggs w/ 1/2 & 1/2 & milk, poured over spinach, topped lightly w/ cheese. So good that's a meal we'll make over & over. Can hardly wait to try another recipe of yours. Tyfs always the best

You are so real, down to earth and relatable. The pork kabobs you made remind me of a local food we have here in upstate NY called spiedies. They are made with either chicken or pork (some people have used lamb or venison as well) and it's just cubed up pieces of chicken or pork marinated in spiedie marinade then placed on skewers and grilled (or baked). Served typically on a slice of italian bread. Omg they are so amazing! Very similar to what you made but the spiedie marinade is slightly different. The meat ends up SO delicious and tender. Next time I'm at the store I will pick up some marinade and mail to your PO box in case you'd like to try it. You won't be mad ya did! Thanks again for all you share! 😁
I like the idea of cutting up a Pork Tenderloin and making marinated Kabobs. And I like the oven option. Olives and Wine and Fetta -oh my. Great flavors to me. I love Lemon Pepper Seasoning on all my Veggies!! Great ideas, great inspiration, thank you.
Kim where did you buy your grater at? My grater is one that has 4 different sides and it honestly sucks..I definitely need the one you have it looks so effortless!!
Also I need some tips for how to get my 4 year old more to eating our meals 🙂 she eats a lot of fruits but she used to do better with veggies and now doesn’t do it so I give her the fruit and veggie applesauce- she loves her chicken nuggets and pasta and shells and cheese 😳😊
