    List of suggested food (with high nutrition values): >
    Grapefruits, Yoghurt, Avocado, Cucumber, Lean meat and fish (tuna, Salmon, turkey), Barley, Pomegranates, Cherries, Nuts, verified Protein Powder, Olive Oil, Berries, Eggs, Lean meats and fish, Milk, Tomatoes, Apples, Oatmeal! Whole fruits, Quinoa, eggs whites, Salmon a small amount of sweet Potatoes, home-cooked Soup, Nuts, Dark chocolate, a small amount of Spinach, Tuna, Beans, Brown rice, low-fat Vegan food, (warm Water – Sip it multiple times a day)
    1. Sip warm water with lemon+honey in the morning
    2. Apart from gym schedule, Warm-up, do push-ups/Pull-ups in mornings (Also, do it when you feel good anytime throughout the day, make it a lifestyle)
    3. use home-cooked (baked) food |
    > For breakfast and lunch > masala oats, rice, Quinoa, coffee, grilled Chicken breast, idli/rice (keep it low-fat ), salad
    > For Night/Evening Food > baked vegtables/2 egg whites, salad (keep it low-fat )
    > Post WorkOut Food: Use 4-6 eggs whites or grilled chicken breast
    > (Also, sip warm water multiple times a day! Avoid Junk food altogether!)
    > (Avoid Junk and gluten food altogether!
    > Gym at least 4 days a week
    > (Also, sip warm water multiple times a day! )

    Just made the turkey pasta. Bland as crap. Maybe it just needed more seasoning than suggested, but when made as instructed it just tastes like spoonfuls of nothing.

    EDIT. Made the chicken and green beans too. That was surprisingly good for a meal with no carbs. Had to substitute the red pepper with all purpose seasoning though.
