    Qki har ek ki body hai alag hoti hai, sabme gluten suit nh karta. Avoid karne se zada better results milte hai… Gobhi ko blanch karke banana is better… Kaccha digest nh hota sahi se…. Baaki sab recipe yummy hai…. 👍👍

    Breakfast ideas bahut ache hai mam, but still ap whole wheat use kar rahe ho, jo weight loss k time avoid kia jata h. Isme gluten hota h jo ki loose karne nb deta thik se.
    Sab thik h bss flour ta ata change hona chahiye, wheat flour ki jagah bajra, jowar ya raagi ya oats flour bhi sahi hai
