I LOST 40lbs!!! You ask how? I visited website called Agoge Diet. I selected only food I like and they provided me with DIET MEAL PLAN, TRAINING PLAN, FITNESS TIPS and HEALTHY RECIPES.
If youtube did not have the ability to slow the video down it would be nearly impossible to listen to you. Good information presented badly doesn't work.
I love açaí bowls they are so good I usually add coconut 🥥 honey 🍯 and coconut granola with strawberries 🍓 and blueberries 🫐 it’s so good and is healthy! 🙂
All these recipes are raw, except for the garbanzo beans. They’re delicious and filling. I’m currently on a raw vegan diet and these sound awesome. Will definitely try!
