    They all look so good! I wanted to add a juice recipe/combination that I get at juice it up, its my favorite in case anyone would like to try. The base is carrots, and I also add green apple, celery, lemon, spinach, orange. It’s been called Orange/green juice, enjoy!

    I would love a video on easy,fast&healthy sandwiches recipes for lunch,if you please can include vegan & vegetarian sandwiches as well,having more options it's always a good idea.(or you can create separate videos on those in the future,if it's to much).If you don't like the idea just don't use it,but please don't say that if it gets enough likes you will(use it),I honestly hate that and it sounds bad.Besides,most people won't bother isn't it?:)Use the idea if you like it,if you don't it's fine,no hard feelings:)Thanks for your time,have a good evening.✌

    I literally made every single one of these and I have to say, these are some of the nastiest tasting and consistency I have ever had in a smoothie! At least I can throw some of these healthy extra ingredients like bee pollen into other smoothies. These really are disgusting and hard to put down. I would much rather eat all the ingredients separately than to taste one more sip of this blended together it is just weird. Spicy, hardly sweet, super chunky…. just not as expected at all.

    Tips from this channel have helped me go down from 92 kg to 86kg in almost 6 months. Can't do all the exercises and not losing weight as fast as I want to because diet is my weakness but I am trying to get on top of that too. Still 17.8% body fat so long way to go.
