Had some kiddies over so we made the cheese sticks for a snack. The kids had a blast and loved them! The only change I did was season the bread crumbs myself, as all I had was unseasoned. Had a little of Penzeys bouquet garni left, used that plus some pepper and a smidgen of garlic powder. The kids did the egg wash and breading. Came out delish and smells wonderful!
