Made this today and it was sooo good! We regularly eat at 4Fingers and could easily spend $40 for our family of 5. My kids said this is even better than 4Fingers! Lol. Bye bye 4Fingers. I will definitely make this again and again. Thank you for the easy yet delicious recipe.

My daughter used to like 4fingers so much. I used to used this recipe. Yesterday I was not too well to cook. Thus I bought the 4fingers chicken n I just notice that definitely this recipe taste much better than the much more expensive 4fingers.so don't hesitate to try

The soya sauce @4fingers is a specially ingredience at Pheenlark by in Malacca formulated bottles. In the kitchen we do not use salt on the meat at any cost. Yours are good served recipe from private kitchen. Thank you. – 😊

Sauce
Chopped garlic
1/4 cups soy sauce
1/4 cups water
2tbs honey
1tbs vinegar
1tbs brown sugar
1tbs chili flakes(optional)
1kg chicken.cut small pieces
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Corn flour to coat the chicken, coat well
*fry the chicken, make sure oil hot. Medium heat.double fry (2×fry) the chicken. Do batch by batch. Fry 12 mins.cook well and crunchy
Sauce
Garlic chopped
Brown sugar
Vinegar
Honey
Light soya sauce

I think after we coat with the sauce, maybe we need to bake the chicken for few minutes, within 5min to give it supercrunchy, less sticky chicken
