I make chinese poha…. just skip the boiled noodles and add soaked poha at that place…. done😊
Hi Mam, in the south poha is pronounced as "aval" and not 'aviyal' if I may correct so.
moreover I am sure you are aware of the mixed vegetables dish with curd which is pronounced as "aviayal' specially made for the Onam festival.

Hi Pankaj ji….there is 1 more easy recipe of poha…kids would like it a lot….for that you need patla poha, fresh grated coconut, jaggery and little elaichi powder…..just was the poha and then add the rest of the ingredients as per requirement…..this dish does not require any cooking…easy and quick one….hope you'll try it…😊
