One advise for crepes – you will need to find correct temperature for the frying pan. And it's probably on the higher end. If you found correct temperature you can remove any crepe from any pan.
Really appreciate you #drlawsonhealinghome on YouTube for bringing back happiness , for giving me a permanent cure to my HPV Thank you so much I am so happy And I pray that happiness will never seize from your life doc
I loved this video and have subscribed! The breakfast ideas will be very helpful for me, so thank you 😊. I am trying to gain weight so I will try to add some extra calories to the recipes
Since your recipes are so good, some ideas in future are healthy Indian, Thai recipes like pad Thai etc. I don't see a lot of channels that do this which is why yours in unique. Most YouTubers make remakes of fast food are desserts.
for the past two days, ive been making the crepes everyday for dinner! its amazing, I add bananas and strawberries to go with the PB2 taste exactly like traditional crepes from the street! it taste amazing, thank you sosososo much for this (: to make it more low cal, I replaced the skim milk with almond milk and the whole egg with egg whites (:! saves a bunch of calories you can also add zero sugar chocolate syrup and it taste exactly like the traditional ones!💗
Thank you for the videos, I like the precision in your work, can you please do from time to time like a grocery haul for a meal prep for the whole week? thanks soooooo much
wo wo back up the track! nice recipes, but comparing Greek yogurt with skyr, claiming they taste more or less the same, to the very least is insulting!
I have just found your channel and have tried a few of your recipes. My dad and I really need to lose weight and I’ve been thrilled with the recipes I’ve tried (he hasn’t had them yet, so we will see).
But I did wonder if you have any slow cooker recipes or ways to make any of these in a slow cooker as my dad and I work slightly different schedules (sometimes opposite) and I’d really like to make a recipe or two at work for lunch.
Ciao Felu! Grande video come sempre, continua cosí 👍
good point about fruits. berries are amazing (apples/bananas etc. are a different story though) btw do you ever get digestive problems from eating a lot of protein?
Thanks for sharing. I've transferred 10 euros on your Patreon yesterday as my humble support to your channel. Really waiting for your cookbook to be ready 😉 Keep the great work!
Gude, been binging your channel the last few days. Super nice content with stuff I can actually buy(i am also based in Germany). Where did you get the protein tortilla from? I haven't found any yet
Very cool brunch Sunday ideas, but during a cut for my breakfast/prewrktmeal I prefer simple recipes, for me it's 3 fried eggs 3 slice of bread a coffee with soy milk and a bowl cake (prep in advance for the entire week) 2 sliced banana on top and that's it
Whenever I compare Oat flour to Wheat flour (both in shops and online) wheat always has less calories, but oats offer more fibre and nutrients. If someone's primary goal is to cut calories, would wheat be best? I'm not to focused on losing weight yet, I am trying to get into "healthier habits" and getting all my nutrients in order. Once I have a perfectly balanced system in place, I plan to add exercise and see if I can cut calories in certain areas (Gotta start thinking of my old age before it's too late)
What a guy, puts up a poll if people want sweet or savory dishes, and then makes videos for each. Love your content! How do you feel about impossible meat for vegetarian diets? Edit: congrats on 100k!!!
I have my own variation of all these recipes but would recommend all of these. I love making protein pancakes and have a quark based topping that's basically: 100g berries mix, 1 scoop of protein and 150 or 200g of skyr/greek yoghurt/quark. Mix that up and you don't need any sweetener. Put that on top of your pancakes and eat whatever you have left seperately.
Also my tip for any recipe with dough or quark if you like chocolate flavor. Just add 2 (big) teaspoons of cacao and 20g of honey or maple syrup to whatever you're making and you have a chocolate tasting meal now 🙂
Those banana tortillas look amazing 🤩 honestly your recipes are life changing, I feel so full without going overboard on calories 🥰 Btw, congrats on 100k subscribers Felu!! 🤗
I don't like sweets for breakfast but I watched this video anyway lol… Would be nice to see some videos that shows the cost of the meals, I think that would make good content for your channel. Maybe even show cheaper options on some meals. Just a thought… Great work tho Felu, you da man. 💪🇺🇸🤙
Hi! If you haven’t already, I think you should do some research into Protein DIAAS Scores, and possibly adjust relative protein macros accordingly. Adam Ragusea did an excellent video which I recommended as a starting point! Essentially, not all protein is created equally !

Great video and great ideas 👍💡👍. I would've added some cottage cheese and raisins to the crepe dish 😏.
I recommend to use Turkish yoghurt👍👍

If I didn't want to use protien powder in the oatmeal do I just add more oat flour?
Man, all of these recipes are great but can you do some for muscle gain e.g. high calorie meals?
Very Curious if there is a way a Low Calorie Aglio Olio can be made, since its main ingredient is basically olive oil
I like the crepe idea, I could use some no fat greek yogurt over the top since I'm not a fan of peanut butter
FYI, peppers are fruit.
Not sure the crepe is actually healthy but I guess it tastes good.
Who demonizes fruit??? I can't even comprehend that as a concept… Like… What????????????
You're better off skipping the flour, the grains and PB.

I eat pure Magerquark for breakfast.

Made the crepes and added Greek yogurt w/berries on top plus the PB2, absolutely delicious!!!
yogurt with fruit and nuts is always a go to for me…i like to add a little nut butter too!
1:10 the fruit is demonized due to high glycemic index, basically the sugar is fast absorbing
