Instructions
- Start by gathering all your ingredients. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Boil water for the noodles, and prepare your beef by slicing or shaping it into small pieces or strips.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Add the beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Reduce the heat to low, then add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and continue stirring until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles into the skillet with the creamy beef sauce. Toss everything together to coat evenly. Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or basil before serving hot.
