The last one is similar to a warm/hot German potato salad. My aunt makes a salad that has the same greens and a balsamic dressing, but does pears and parmesan cheese on it instead.
I grew up in NC & ate lots of potato salad at family dinners & church potlucks. We called the warm potato salad Bavarian potato salad or German potato salad.
If you like this version of potato salad, you should try the grilled potato salad from Zoe's Kitchen (there are a bunch in the ATL area) – it's basically this, but then at the end you grill it to crisp it up and it's sooooo good!

That warm potato salad looks good. When you said WARM potato salad I was skeptical but but I was surprised that it sounds yummy….maybe pair it with a grilled pork tenderloin for dinner 😀
