Mandy can you do some recipes that don’t require the oven. I hate to use my oven in the summer,it just heats my house up. Thank you Amy Dean from indiana
You made a great, easy and simple recipes, but don't take a bite in front of me because it makes me want to immediately get up and make them. So I'll have to make a batch, then watch the video over and enjoy you great recipes with a muffin. After you took a bite you melted my taste buds with perfect explanation of the taste. I almost could taste it just by your description. I eat chili all year long. Now I'll have to eat your chili casserole also. I subscribed immediately.
I love the Palmetto Cheese brand of Pimento Cheese! They have a version with jalapenos in it! SO GOOD! I was thinking that the chili cornbread recipe would be good with the addition of diced jalapenos mixed into the cornbread part too! All of the recipes looked so yummy! I just wanted to mention, we tried the Cheeseburger French Fries Casserole from your previous video and omg my husband inhaled it. He can't wait to have it again!
Didn't have time to comment on this the other nite when I saw it, but did you know if you let batter bread (with baking powder or baking soda instead of yeast) sit for a few min before putting it in the oven it gives it a little time to activate the leavening agent and you'll get a better rise? This may also explain why you always had to let it bake several minutes more. With a head start on the rise it's lighter, not quite so dense.. Kinda like the first pancake is always a dud? Pancakes are batter breads, too. I've known this since Home EC back in the 60s. (Yes, I'm that old.). Don't know why they don't put this in the directions on the box??? Anyway, great video, great ideas, keep up the good work! ps. Do you really get away with giving Gracie just 1 itty bitty shred of cheese? Did y'all know they've got a new Honey Corn Muffin mix now?
Wow! All three of these recipes look fantastic. I don't know which one is my favorite. I have a cooking show also. I've worked a lot of restaurants, and I experiment a lot. I also incorporate characters and a lot of silliness. Once in awhile, I have a major disaster, but I post those too. Haha. By the way, you have a new subscriber.
Bacon, pimento, cheese corn muffins…if I hadn’t already had the chili made I would have just had the muffins for dinner…these are delicious! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!
We were excited to try the chili on top of cornbread recipe, however we weren't fans. We think it comes out much better with the chili on the bottom with the cream corn mixed into the chili and then top with cheese, and then top with jiffy mix, preferably 2 boxes on a 9×13 cassarole. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes until cornbread is starting to brown. Much better for us, felt cornbread was a little rubbery on bottom. BUT love your channel and all your other recipes, just wanted to give you this suggestion to try.
I look up recipes each week, always trying new things. I make a menu for the week and add one (or three!) new recipes each time so I can fill up my recipe box and find new foods we enjoy. You're the one that I constantly come back to. So many delicious recipes! Thanks for sharing, and for making it all easy 😆
I'm going with the one you suggested. Bacon, Pimento cheese. Just as soon as I get the ingredients. Yay Gracie got a bonus cheese! I'm also been wanting to make the cheeseburger soup. That's definitely on a rotation all the time. Have a good weekend. ❤
I put the jiffy mix on top of the chili.

I do forget to add things sometimes myself.
Thank you for sharing. 👍😋🤤👍❤️❤️❤️💕🥰
HATE canned cream corn. I’ll be using kernel, but looks great.
Yes, I’ve done that where I’m like oh no I forgot and I add something to my dish in the oven like you did .
Every thing looks delicious.
never had the chili cornbread upside down. As a child mom spread the mix over the chili and bake it. I do the same way
Some jalapenos just aren't all that spicy. I've had some that were almost green pepper mild.
Mandy all of the dishes look delicious…Jiffy cornbread mix recipe are winners…Gracie is sooo adorable…TFS 😍🥰🌽🥧
y'all so cute… the chili and cornbread is very appealing. love all your videos…. ALSO love your cat. She is so sweet and smart.
