    Please, Learn More how to cook italian.. in the tomato sauce miss garlic onion and carrots chopped…
    garlic onion and carrots must fry a little bit only with oil inside the pan.. then you add the tomato sauce.. if you don't have the tomato sauce, you can take beauty red tomato and chop them.. then you r gonna put them like i said before in the pan with garlic onion and carrots.. add a table spoon of sugar and salt (as much you need) let boil and dry the sauce.. then you're gonna have the 'SUGO FINTO' / fake sauce in Italian, but when you put pasta you don't have to put another carboidrate like chickpea inside…. then with tomato bleah.. I understand that you anglophones don't understand what kind of ingredient could stay together another, but our Cuisine tells you.. you only have to learn or read how to do.. it s so simple…

    it's like if I make the pudding with chocolate cocoa sugar broccoli banana pineapple onion and garlic.. would you like something like that? could be edible? could I call it Pudding? I think that this makes you piss off.. and this is what i feel when y'all call smthg that is not italian like Pasta al Pomodoro the Authentic Italian Pasta.. NO, absolutely not! what you made is a simple pasta with a fake tomato sauce and not the Sugo Finto.. put the chickpea… maybe in some Italian Soup there is a thing like that, but a Soup, with another kind of pasta, and with other ingredients..

    Italian Cuisine is so Simple.. even blind persons and kids could do it.. so learn , read and do it please.. I invite you here in Italy in my home and I m gonna teach you.. but stop doing these mistakes

    I absolutely love this channel and don't know it is but your voice and slightly manic delivery always make me feel anxious..Really weird because I' m a very chilled out person but it's like you don't come up for breath because you've raring to go to share these ideas but need to slow down .

    Someone in the comment section said that she made the seitan and it turned out great, but after she steamed it she put it in the food processor and chopped it into “ground meat,“ which she then made them into “meatballs.“ She said the non-vegan in her family thought they were real meat. Oh, and she also said that she used regular all purpose flour as that was all she had, and doubled it. Here’s my question though…

    I wonder how I could make it so that it is neutral flavor and doesn’t actually taste like meat. I only like the fake ground beef that Trader Joe’s, MorningStar Farms, and Gardein makes, precisely because their fake mince doesn’t taste like actual beef, and instead are all very inoffensive for someone like myself who doesn’t like the flavor of beef after not having eaten it in 30 years.

    Any ideas how to make it more like the brands that I just listed?

    Good recipes! Although, that pasta sauce was begging for seasoning. At least salt, pepper, oregano, onion and garlic powders. I would also salt the pasta water.
